Please, improve your customer experience!!!
Had my share of customer service issues this week with TDBank, Comcast, Vonage and Netflix (price increase)... I will forgive for now this price increase from Netflix assuming that the content of the streaming changes - with more cash they should be able to get more content ... let's hope... Now, the other companies demonstrated that the reason most of them have financial issues is that they are still focusing on acquiring customers and managing churn... but they are not working on maintaining nor maximizing the relationship with WOW customer service... the customer experience is really bad!
